Artist Biography

The Jason Riley Trio began performing together for a regular Thursday night gig in 2001.  Before that, the musicians had worked together in studio sessions at Sound Logic Recording Studios on background and production music.  The Trio prides itself on adventurous and reckless improvisation and eclectic tune selection.  Jamming often results in lengthy performances including familiar, out of place musical quotes and creative interplay.  Hit yourself in the face with wet socks filled with tennis balls and you'll get the general impression.  The Trio is featured on several tracks of Jason's solo Albums, "Notes to Self" and "Outtakes".
